The tech that came to my house is courteous and professional. He asked about any concerns that I had, and informed me of what he would be doing. He also provided tips on extra steps that I could take to limit entry of pests into my  home. He also scheduled my follow-up appointment before he left.

The owner Calvin was very nice. We have not seen a termite in our yard since the treatment. Calvin was personable and he educated us on in home maintenance . We always enjoy his visits every 3 months. He provides very efficient service with a smile. He processes a giant personality this is personified and displayed in the quality of his work.

This pest control service provider came out and trapped and removed squirrels nesting inside my attic. 
After removing them, he performed an exclusion service on my property which sealed up all of the entry points and prevented the squirrels from entering the attic again.  This was a few year ago.  I have not had any issues since.  I've referred numerous friends to this service, which all have been extremely happy with the service, and said he has great rates.  This provider also pays for referrals.  If there were any issues after his treatment, he would come out that same day or the next to address the issue!  They have an annual customer appreciation function, which is really great.  And I have enjoyed the parties for years. He arrived on time, was quick to explain exactly what he was looking for (trails in the insulation, droppings, noise), and explained how it looked clear after examining the attic. He and his assistant both made sure to wear inside booties, which is always a nice touch.
Not much else to say, from my end it ended up being the best result, I did not have an infestation.

I set up with them to have them come out every three months to treat my home for insects and bugs. Every issue i have had with bugs have been resolved. I have also used them in the past for termites as well.

After the exclusion service 2 roof rats still got into the attic. Absolute Exterminating came back a couple times and said that they cannot find how they are getting in.  
 
The last time Absolute Exterminating came back they could not find an entry point.  The owner said that he would call a colleague and have him come out and try to find entry points.  His colleague found and sealed an entry point. The entry point showed gnaw marks so it was definitely an entry point into the attic. He found another possible entry point and sealed it also.  He screwed in solid metal at these points.  He also checked for other entry points but found none.

Update 9/15/2015:  

So far all traps have been empty.  I appreciate that the owner of Absolute Exterminating addressed the issue and stands behind his word.

We have an unfinished space connected to the attic where there were several wasps nests. The wasps had been escaping into the house! Calvin and his team came out and removed all the nests and gave recommendations on closing the points of entry. (Price for that was too high so we'll see). But for what he did, price was on point and I would hire him again.

Very well.  Calvin explained the process they were going to do.  He explained the chemicals that were to be used and how much they were and what they did. 
What we really appreciated was that Calvin proposed two solutions to our issue: fumigate and then make sure the crawl space is sealed or open up the floor and try and locate the dead rat and remove it.  The second be a more time consuming and expensive solution.  Calvin felt that the first option would be suitable as the body was likely all decomposed and fumigating would ensure that  all insects and bugs would be killed.
We went for this option and they performed it the following evening.  The whole process was professional, and fast.  We will continue to use this company for all our regular bug services.

I'm totally satisfied with the services that I receive from Absolute Exterminating Services monthly. I have a school and they treat both of my buildings to ensure that we do not have roaches, ants on the playground and no rats. It is great to not have to worry about any of the aforementioned becasue I have a very hectic schedule and not having to worry about this is great. This visit, like all of his visits, went extremely well.   

Several years ago, we got squirrels in our attic and one actually got in the house.  Calvin came to our rescue.  My husband and I called several pest control companies but most of them did not provide that service.  We found one company that supposedly specialized in that service.  We tried them but they were ineffective and way too expensive.  Finally, we found Calvin and he got rid of the critters in the attic.  Not only was he able to rid the attic of the squirrels, with no more than an hour’s notice, Calvin came out to the house and caught the squirrel that had gotten in the house.  We liked and admired Calvin from the beginning but after catching the squirrel in the house, he became our HERO!  He has been handling any pest problems that we’ve had ever since.  He is a consummate professional.  Along with doing a thorough job of clearing the house of pests, he provided advice on what we needed to do to keep them from getting in again.  He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade without overselling his services.  So, we also asked Calvin to do the installation/repairs to prevent the squirrels from getting in again.  He is absolutely our pest control professional.

I was very happy to find ABSOLUTE EXTERMINATING SERVICES through a friend. The service provided was impressive. The provider was  professional explaining on the details of the service and answered all the queries we had.It has been an ongoing service with the provider and they are very punctual with affordable prices.

The services was GREAT!!.  When I called to make an appointment the provider was plesant and detailed about the services he would provide which I appreciated because I knew the services and the cost of those services upfront.  He provided the date and time frame I should expect him.  An hour before arriving he called to confirm and to notify that he was on his way.  When he arrived, the first thing he did was place covers over his shoes upon entering.  He did a through inspection of the house and proceeded with spraying the interior and exterior.  Upon completion he explained what had been done and how he would treat my home in the future. Calvin was very polite and prompt. He came in a moments notice when we called him. He was also reasonable and got all of the squirrels out. Other places we called did not rid critters only bugs, so we appreciated they did this type of work. I will definitely be using them again for my basic pest control. I've used Major League since the day I found a rather large cricket in my bathroom. They came out the next day and sprayed the exterior, interior and the garage. I've been a customer for three years and I've never seen any pest besides the occasional spider. I have allergies, so I don't like to spray the interior if at all possible. They spread pellets around the entries to minimize the need for indoor chemicals. I highly recommend this company!
