They are fantastic. They are always wonderful. They take care of our rental property in Georgia. What stands out about them is their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.

We had listed our house different times with many different realtors. As a military family on orders, we had to do what we had to do. We eventually gave up and rented the property on our own. It was a constant source of anxiety. After our second set of renters, we listed the house again with Summit. Melissa is the best and excels are her job. She had a contract on the house in no time. We worked with the buyer and did all we could. In the end, at the end of escrow, the deal fell through. Melissa worked hard to save the deal but then in the interest of protecting us, advised us to walk away and keep the earnest money. Time was of the essence, so we wound up renting the house again, this time using Summit and Melissa to manage the property. What a difference!
There's no worry. Their fee is by far the most reasonable in the area. The communication is fantastic. I know that when the time comes, we'll have no worry getting the house sold or rented again,
