It went horrible! He was not a licensed contractor or a licensed anything. He took $9000 dollars after not pulling a permit and stopping the job because he did not have the ability to pull the permit (which was never disclosed.) He walked off the job after saying he was losing money and could not do the job for the agreed upon price. He has no integrity and will lie to you without even thinking twice about it. BEWARE- learn from our mistakes and get a reputable contractor. If the price sounds too good- it is!
