One of our AC units quit working, we called Beasley they were at my house within 30 minute and found a bad fuse in the attic. Within another 30 minutes our AC was working. Highly recommended!

With in 10 months we started having issues we started having issues they came out and looked said it needed an expansion valve and some type of oil. They had neither on the vehicle said they would return and fix the problem, after several messages and calls later still no fix. In May we started experiencing problems with the cooling cycle so we called and they would not answer the phone therefore we had to call another Lennox dealer to come out and fix the unit while they were there they informed us the installing dealer (Beasley's Conditioned Air) installed the bulb at the air handler in the wrong place and it was 2 pounds low on refrigerant. So we wound up paying $330.00 out of pocket cause Beasley's shady work. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they failed to respond.
