 + -1 moreKeep the appointment times it shouldn't take twenty -five calls to get a technician that doesn't knows what he is doing, don't turn off customers just because they think it, basically they closed my account because I turned in one of my power boxes, they made a mistake and closed my account and it took them three months to get it fixed.
Description of Work: I use Comcast Cable for TV service - cable.

 + -1 moreBad! customer service is not helpful at all! They have fast internet but if you have a problem with it you have to talk to someone in India who barely speaks English
