Keep the appointment times it shouldn't take twenty -five calls to get a technician that doesn't knows what he is doing, don't turn off customers just because they think it, basically they closed my account because I turned in one of my power boxes, they made a mistake and closed my account and it took them three months to get it fixed.

Bad! customer service is not helpful at all! They have fast internet but if you have a problem with it you have to talk to someone in India who barely speaks English
