We contacted Lance for a quote for a dead tree to be taken down and he came out that same day to quote taking down that tree as well as 8 other trees. His company was out to our house within two days and took all of the trees down and then ground the stumps a couple of days later. The communication was excellent, the service was excellent and I would highly recommend them to others. Thank you Lance.

They did a great job and it was $2000 cheaper than other arborists. Definitely would hire them again. We had a dangerous tree that needed to be taken down and they did it very quickly for us.

The crew did a great job getting the trees down, trimming other trees in the yard and cleaning up. One of the trees fell on our fence doing considerable damage. Mr. Hopkins and I came to a fair agreement on sharing costs for replacement. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Top notch crew.Difficult tree removal around power lines ,house,shop and boathouse.Crew went above and beyond to do a careful and throrough job.Ground all stumps way below ground level and chased roots also.Did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards! I would highly recommend Hopkins if you want a professional,insured, and courteous tree service.Cost was reasonable and my worries where put to rest when I saw them remove the first tree!

Very pleased with our overall experience. Hired them to fell several trees of varying sizes, clean debris up & grind stumps. We would definitely use them again.

Does what they say, and very well I might add. Felled tree landed within a foot of prediction. All debris hauled away, and stump grinding completed a few days later. As if they were never there. Only surprise was that it was a two step process: 1) drop and remove the tree, and 2) stump removal a few days later. Note paid in full after step one; and true to their word, stump was removed a bit later. In the future, recommend they let their customers know about this Kabuki Dance so their not surprised as I was. But again, all was good in the end.

Detailed, thorough, and courteous. It was a detailed and extensive job so it wasn’t cheap but they did a lot of work in 2 full days and left the place very clean. Lance was very knowledgeable and helpful, took a very personal approach to providing us with the desired outcome we were looking for. Very professional, and I would definitely use again.

Excellent experience!! The crew was very pleasant, knowledgeable about what the job entailed, and did a very excellent job. All of this was done on a very hot and humid day(in the high 90’s, felt like 104) Would definitely use them again and we highly recommend them!!!

Great team work.

Work was scheduled quickly and completed thoroughly within a few days. We had 5 trees removed and stumps ground. We chose to keep the trees as firewood and to delineate a parking area so did not pay for removing them. We paid another contractor $1500. for two tree removals a year ago. We were only charged $1200. (5 trees) from this company with faster and better service. Highly recommend!

Professional and made sure the work site was left clean.

Francisco D was excellent! He got up there and got the tree down in about an hour. Lance organized the crew of 6 men. The price included stump grinding, they grinded up the stump and a stump that a different company had left during another project. The guy who did the stump grinding was excellent as well. They did an excellent job! The only issue I had was they had to reschedule me a few times at first.

Lance came out with his team and took a very large tree down that had grown over the house. His team did as little damage as possible to our lawn. And made quick work of the tree. Glad we hired him. Recommend him anytime someone asks.
