- Wires in attic were improperly wrapped & junction boxes were left exposed
- Outlets were not up to code (specifically those located near water sources). The proper breakers to accommodate the correct outlets were not installed (the new electrical panel he just installed). A second electrician was brought in upon closing the sale of the house to correct these errors costing several hundred dollars.
