Pruett Air Conditioning Co

Design Air heating and cooling replaced my fathers fan which was the same exact unit for 325.00. There # is 478-278-8113. Super professional and very responsive. I'll never use pruett again!! Plus design air only charged me 45 for a tune up and no diagnostic fees or trip charges.

The unit is a lemon but they take the necessary steps to keep it running. The unit was brand new and quit after one year and has cause problems off and on since. It stopped cooling and we found all the freon had leaked out. They were unable to find the leak. They pay for the expensive things (gas, $160 to replace) but I had to go to Carrier for over $400 in bills on a brand new, three days out of warranty unit.

I cannot say enough good about Pruett A/C. Servicing a 'lemon' like I have is a tough job yet they have remained steadfast, responsive and professional. The gentleman that takes the trouble calls is a very responsible person, listens to your problem and sends a repair person as soon as possible, including 7 AM on a Sunday morning. The other staff is courteous and respectful of your home and they get the job done.
On the last call, Pruett refused to charge me for anything for the service call, including the call (30 miles), four pounds of Puron and the labor and they vowed to keep coming until my problems were fixed.
I would recommend them highly for any A/C work you might need. They will keep coming back until it is fixed, are fair on not charging for repetitious and they back up their work.

Everything went wonderfully. They are honest and fair on their pricing. They had a super quick response. They were expensive but it was very fair.

Pruett continued coming out, at no additional charge until the problem was fixed. Serviceman wore covers on his shoes as to not track dirt into the house and showed up on time and with in 1 hour each time we called.
