The person sent was John White, He explained what needed to be done to solve my roof leak. Not only did he take care of that but, went well beyond what was needed. In doing so he saved me a bunch of money. He is surely an asset to this company. If I may need help again, I hope they send John again.

Do not believe those reviews on Google. I paid this guy over $13,000 in May to replace my roof. In October we had a roof leak. Called and left a very polite message about the leak and asked him to contact me. No response. Called again and left another message. Received a text message back that he would be there shortly. Waited all day long. Finally texted him at 6 p.m. and asked if he was still coming. Answered no, that I was number 15 on his list. I figured he was just backed up so I waited around the next 3 days with no response. Sent him a very polite text message asking if he could just confirm a day with me. No response. Called and left a voice message. No response. My wife called the next day and he actually picked up the phone. I have a hunch he didn't recognize her phone number. He promised that he would be out the following day. We waited all day long. Never showed up. My wife called and left a message. No response. I called the next day and left a message. No response. This guy is a total crook. His word and his warranty are worthless. Not too sure about his workmanship either since I have a leak after only five months, but that stuff does happen even to legitimate contractors. I have never been treated this rudely by anybody I've done business with. Stay away from Glen Gridley and Georgia Roofmasters and tell your friends to stay away from them. I am now in the process of trying to get a legitimate roofer to come out and address my roof leak.

Glen Grindley took my $4700 and DISAPPEARED! That is the definition of "STOLE MY MONEY"! When I tried to track him down, he told me he went out of business and there was nothing he could do. He kept my money, not working out a resolution or anything. A honest person would of done something if such an event was brought to their attention. When I finally realized he had lied, I took him to court. The judge ruled that I had sued the wrong entity, my statue of limitations had run out and Glen Grindley got away with it. He was proud and totally owned up that he took my money with no services to show for it. He was very smudge, not good integrity at all! He is a despicable, very HOT headed awful man to deal with. He got down right nasty throughout the whole process. I urge people to stay far far away from this company. If you play with a pip viper and hope that in the off chance he does not bite you, you are taking a huge gamble! I ended going with a more honest, more reputable roofer, they are out there. Georgia Roofmasters is NOT a company you want working on your house!!

Don't be fooled by the quick response time. Was very happy JOHN showed up on time but he had to use my ladder, had his wife/girlfriend/sister... some woman with him that waited in the car the whole time. Said he found the leak, took my water hose up there and ran water on it to see if it leaked (only leaked during heavy rains) and no water dripped. While he was on the roof he cleared off the gutters (weren't many). I gave him an extra $50 for doing the gutters even tho I didn't ask him to. Like others said, gave me his cell phone and said work was GUARANTEED and call if I had any other issues. Next big rain, roof leaked in the same place. Called and texted MULTIPLE times and he would never respond. Twice I got an auto reply saying he was driving and could not respond so I know he was around. Hate being duped like that. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT REALLY DOES GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. Also note that the positive reviews are from YEARS ago, not recent.

I called at least 7 or 8 companies (including some A rated companies) to replace a few loose shingle and fix a couple of minor leaks. Everyone came out and tried to sell me a new roof. Everyone promised to have their repair person call take care of my problem. Roofmasters was the only company that followed up they way they said they would and took the time to discuss the repair and what they thought needed to be done. Once I selected them for the job, they came when they said they would and gave me their cell number to call in case the roof leaked (it didn't) since leaks are sometimes difficult to find.
