 + -1 moreUpon completion of the work, I found out that he left the worn shingles and wood on the roof and covered it with the metal roof. I have had them come out 3 times to fix one spot that keeps leaking. No one could ever get in touch with Franco (so his team says). I am still trying to get his company to fix the area of my roof that leaks and has caused damage in my home. Please whatever you do.... if you use this company BE VERY AWARE!
Description of Work: I hired Franco's Roofing to replace the whole roof of my home. I wanted a metal roof instead of the shingle roof I had. I informed him that some at certain areas of the roof need to be rebuilt so the water would not sit (I wanted the water to roll off the roof).
