If I could be give stars for independent areas, I would rate the service and the technician or service person 5 stars. The coordinator that handled the service quote 3 stars. I was quoted $199 for cleaning and sanitizing of unlimited supply ducts, HVAC inspection and dryer inspection. I thought cool that covers them all right? Wrong, it does not include the return ducts or the HVAC unit itself. That was an additional $189 upcharge, that I would have been fine with, had it been presented during scheduling. Another note, have a fresh hvac filter ready for after the service is complete, because the one inside will be packed full! My filter was less than a day old and was packed with debris from the cleaning.
