I was initially sold the incorrect one, but I had my laptop with me and was able to check it immediately. The reason I gave them a B was because I had to purchase the cord prior to checking it out. But, when it didn't work, the customer service person took the time to find one that worked and was actually cheaper that the one I originally purchased. He checked it first to make sure, then I purchased it. There is a wait in the customer service line, sometimes really substantial, but in my experience, when it's your turn, they take the time to make sure you are completely taken care of.

I have purchased 6 major appliances from them in the past. I am now having an issue with my washer even though it's only 3 years old. They are not able to renew the warranty. Best Buy kept pushing me off and was not very responsive to my initial requests. I won't buy anything from else from them.

BB large appliance service is poor. Their own technicians are weak so if you buy the extended service contract you are stuck with people who don't know what they are doing. If you don't, they deny responsibility. Don't buy an appliance from Best Buy.

Sales staff quite helpful. Installation was performed promptly the next day. We are quite happy with the work performed, and with the stereo. Price included installation.

THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. THE TRANSACTION WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

NOT ALL THE SALESPEOPLE ARE WELL INFORMED ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY'LL SELL FLOOR MODELS, WHICH ARE CHEAPER, BUT NO BOX.
