Horrible locksmith. DO NOT get his services. He ran out of gas and I had to take him to get gas and I let him drive my car and he's a horrible driver. Secondly, HE OVER CHARGES, my final price was 170 and he charged me 183 and didn't even mention what the extra chargers are for. The key replacement I got from him was absolutely shitty, I have the loc and unlock the door with the key from the outside or the key won't start the car. Horrible service and horrible customer service support. He CHARGES MORE THAN WHAT HE SAYS,GO TO A REAL LOCKSMITH.

Called them and they were quick to respond and arrive on site. Was quoted over the phone that prices started at $20 per lock, but they did not tell me until it was time to pay the bill that it would really be $65 per lock because of the style of lock it was. I was expecting a bill of around $120 but it was $740. Make sure you confirm the price before you have them do the work.

Quoted $35.00 / hr was here 1.5 hrs to install deadbolt in wood door. Charged me $70.00 labor and then tacked on $365.00 additional to do the work.Charged $120.00 for $19.00 kwikset deadbolt. Butchered the door, would not accept check and billed me $599.00. Would be happy to furnish photos.

I waited over an hour for the locksmith to arrive and when he did, it took him about 30 seconds to open the door of my home. I was charged a $155.00. I called other locksmiths after the fact and found I could have had the job done for half that price, so please, shop around!

Warning bad artists Quoted me a price of $600 to $700 max. Could not fix the lock that day so I had to leave my office unlocked all night. Told me they would be back at 9 AM. Did not show back up until 10:30 AM. Was here a total of 30 mins. Left without saying a word to me. I had to call the office to find out if they would return after they took my door off. They did not return until 6 PM. They finished after an hour and a half. Used all the old parts from my original lock. However, charged me $950 for a spreing Total price was $1420. Over twice as much as what I was quoted. Do not use just flush your money down the toilet.

It took him 45 minutes to arrive and he worked a total of 3-4 minutes unlocking my car with the keys inside and he charged me $100.00

DO NOT USE - BEWARE OF OVERCHARGES FOR PARTS Doctor Locksmith charged me $125 for a Gatehouse deadbolt (Lowe's house brand) that costs $9.97 at local Lowe's (Aisle 4, Bay 9). Technician did work without my authorization as the property owner and tried to solicit cash payment from my tenants. Contractor has not responded to multiple communications seeking clarification of the parts charge. I have filed a formal complaint through HomeAdvisor. On Nov. 28, a HomeAdvisor representative left a voicemail after speaking with the contractor. Contractor explained that they do not purchase parts from Lowe's even though Gate House is the Lowe's house brand. The most expensive simple Gatehouse deadbolt costs $14.98. Contractor has offered to refund $80 of the original $125 cost for the part as long as I remove my review from HomeAdvisor. That's still $45 for a part that does not nearly cost that much. On Nov. 29, HomeAdvisor facilitated a conversation with the contractor. Contractor insisted $125 was his actual cost for the part (sounds like he has a supplier problem). I asked him to provide documentation supporting his claim, which he declined to share. I rejected his $80 offer in order to protect my ability to share this experience with others looking for locksmith services.
