Frank came over right away and assessed the cabinets and the walls around my bay window.  He told me that the cabinets had to be removed ).  He contacted another contractor who came out the SAME day to remove the cabinets.  Frank came back with fans and sprayed the area to make sure there was no mold (or future mold). Frank left the fans for 3 days; came back on a Sunday to check again and decided the area was still too wet.  He left the fans for another two days (free of charge) and came back again on Tuesday to check the area and take the fans back.

Frank was extremely professional and HELPFUL!!  I would never have been able to take care of this as quickly as we did without Frank's help.  He is very knowledge and has many contacts through Homecare Professional Contractors group where he is a member.  I already have a cabinet maker coming this week to help me rebuild the cabinets.

You can't go wrong by calling Frank!  I highly recommend him! 

I found Water Out because I found a receipt for services rendered in the past in this house.  Frank answered my call and arrived at the appointed time.  For me, it was an educational as well as a stress reducing experience.  Being an engineer, I like to see how things work and delve deeper to discover the "why." Frank is a treasure trove of how, what, and why's related to moisture and indoor water related issues.  When I mentioned that our new house had an upstairs laundry, he provided a list of several proactive leak prevention steps to help reduce the likelihood of damage resulting from an upstairs leak.  
Frank told me about some of his truly amazing equipment including a superfast and safe drying technique which uses a special truck which forces warm, dry air into a house and simultaneously removes cooler moist air.  The heat exchange process sucks up excess moisture in a similar way a food dehydrator dries food.  The inventory of equipment he has at his disposal means that no job is too large or too small for WATER OUT.  
Frank is most concerned about providing the appropriate level of service, and he listens to your concerns.  He is a problem solver, not a salesman looking to get in the door with some parlor trick and then upsell you for expensive and unnecessary services.  
I am glad that our paths crossed, and, as unfortunate for Water Out as it may be, I am glad that I did not need to use his expertise for anything other that a in depth assessment.  I am very glad that I met him, and we wil certainly keep his contact information close in case the unimaginable occurs.

I have a two story home and when it rains heavily, I have a leak dripping from my window on the lower level.  Prior to pursuing window repair/replacement I was concerned that the leak could be coming from the roof or another area.  Owner Frank Leff personally came out and performed a Moisture inspection.  The inspection found no moisture issues not only in the area of the window, it also revealed no moisture in full structure of my home.  Confidence to narrow my focus to just the window involved was provided by this inspection.

Frank was wonderful!  Our neighbor's basement flooded while they were out of town. We met with Frank while they were gone.   She contacted Frank with Water Out to come and evaluate the damage.  He was punctual and professional. Frank kept the cost down and got the job done without ripping out sheetrock and carpet.  He came back several times to make sure everything was drying out and that his equipment was properly placed, etc.  Great experience!  I would definitely use him if we ever had problems.  He is the owner/operator too!  Frank was very easy to work with and trustworthy.

I highly recommend Frank with Water Out. (He is both the owner and one operator.)  His quote was just a tad higher than my lowest quote, but his proposal for water remediation was far less invasive. The other lower-priced company recommended pulling up half my linoleum, poking holes in my drywall (requiring me to patch and repaint the wall--though I don't have matching paint), and taking away the baseboard in the affected area. These steps would have required me to get probably two different companies in to repair those things, in addition to paying for the replacement materials. Another company (FAR more expensive) wanted to rip out my carpet padding, then charge me for carpet cleaning to disinfect it, in addition to the drying out charges.
Frank arrived the same day I called, and started work as soon as I authorized it. He was able to lift the carpet and use a dehumidifier and fans to dry out the carpet and the affected room. I felt confident it had dried because he took infrared readings (to check moisture level) right after the disaster and also after the drying was complete. The only thing I had to do when he finished was a little painting where he had lifted the baseboard up and replaced it (with paint I have on hand). I still have to fix the holes in the ceiling that the plumber had to make to fix the leak, but that was not Frank's fault, of course.
One problem did come up--when he went to tack down the carpet, the threshold snapped. However, he paid to have that repaired, and it looks better than before!
Throughout the whole process, Frank worked hard AND worked hard to please us. For instance, when the room wasn't quite dry after 2 days, he let me use my own fan for four more days and then came back free of charge to check that the drying was complete. I recommend him without reservation.
