VAZQUEZ PAINTING

The cedar shingles were refinished to our satisfaction as far as we can tell, only time will tell since we would have to get on a ladder to actually see them closely. I specifically pointed out the windows where there was paint peeling and bubbling and asked for those areas to be sanded, primed and painted. Raul and his men just painted over those areas and of course the paint has since peeled right off within 3-4 months. I called on him several times and he agreed to come to my house and finish the job since I refused to pay him the last $600 until the job was done. He agreed on the time and day he would come out to meet me and I was here to meet him and he never showed up. I believe this happened 3 times.  The quality of his work was nothing to brag about either. His ladder chipped and scraped off lots of paint from the bottom seals of our windows and he never went back to touch it up. He dent our gutters with his ladders in several spots. He spackled and painted our kitchen ceiling before the mud dried and it immediately left lumps in our ceiling which is very noticeable.  I also had to pick up boards, trash, nail, soda cans around the house when he was "done". We own a $2 million house and we are expecting quality work and are willing to pay for it to keep the integrity of the house. Raul was a major disappointment to us. He was pleasant to deal with up front but he did not keep his word, lied to us, cut corners and never finished the job. I had to hire a painter for $750 to finish the job that Raul started.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON BOTH THE OUTSIDE AND THE INSIDE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
