Internet Service
As a real estate agent the MLS listing service is developed in Internet Explorer. I am a Mac user so I must virtualize Internet Explorer to perform my duties. Northstar said they could virtualize IE for me. I signed up for the service and it rarely is stable enough to maintain a session long enough for me to complete my work. If irt does not crash the print function is so convoluted as to be useless. Within a day I was unsatisfied and asked for a refund and they refused. Technical support has been passive and customer support could care less.
