I am thrilled with the renovation results! My townhome renovation included completely new kitchen, two full baths, one half bath and additional supportive work. Everything was handled with excellence by the entire team. From the first meeting with Mark to the final review, everything was extremely well handled. On time, on budget, extra care for my property by each team member, excellent communication, tight financial monitoring and daily updates. Trustworthy and responsible. Proactive. Quality materials were used, and I felt comfortable with each decision. Mark and Iwonka both understood my vision and provided expert suggestions (on details I had not thought of) to assure I enjoy this updated space for years to come. Working on an older property has its challenges (unit was built in '85), and Mark and team met them completely and positively. This is a 'can do' team, which is really a special experience during this post pandemic time where materials and staff can be limited. Mark and Iwonka are outstanding team managers and have assembled a most capable support crew to meet every need. The business appears 'right sized' in their ability to stick close to the customer while resourcing the best people and materials. Communication is a plus in my book - no surprises, and excellent dialogue. They clearly have passion and dedication, and I am most fortunate to have found this renovation option. This was our second job with TilesMax in the past year. We were so pleased with what they did in our hall bath that we decided to proceed with the master. They tore out all the old fixtures, tile, and flooring, and installed replacements for it all. We provided some materials ourselves, but they provided the tile, cabinets, quartz countertop/sinks, and glass shower surround, in addition to providing all the labor for the job. They were very concerned with our satisfaction, cleaning as they went and literally cleaning their way out the door at the end. Highly recommended.

The job started about 3 days later than originally expected, due to wrap-over from a previous job. Once they started working on our job, they kept coming until it was done - no leaving us hanging, wondering when things would be finished. All 3 workmen at our home (Henry, Martin, and Adam) were quiet, courteous, and neat - floors were carefully covered, and the job site was left as clean as possible on a daily basis. The work is truly beautiful - especially the tile work - and was handled with the same care as they'd show in their own homes. We did run about 6% over the quote, due to situations that arose during the job (e.g., need to move an outlet and switches higher on the wall.) There were no formal change orders prepared for these small changes, so the total did surprise us at the end - it was ALL legitimate, but I would ask more questions if I were to do it again. We hire very few contractors and dread having to do so, but we'd hire TilesMax again without hesitation. In fact, we are already talking about updating our master bath next year and a call to them will be first on our list.

The quality and service were excellent.  The price was quite a good deal compared to the other reputable quotes I received.
I like to do my research and found their reviews, referrals and customer service to be excellent.  I was pleased with the level of experience they had from doing smaller simple projects to complex high end precision work.  
Very professional and helpful.  They listened to what I wanted and made great recommendations that fit my needs.  Mark did a great job explaining the process and my options.  Everything went great from the initial visit to the final completion of the project and daily clean-up.  I am very happy with the quality of the work and the final look of flooring.  I am very detailed about my house and really love the look of my new floor.   I plan on having them do my master bathroom for my next project. 
I think you should definitely give Tilesmax look.
