First of all, I was very impressed with Jeff's follow up before the appointment. I have never experienced this before from the many carpet cleaners I have used. Thunderbolt just left my home for the 4th cleaning in a little over a year. The reason I keep calling Jeff at Thunderbolt is that this company provides the very best service I have ever received from any carpet cleaner...ever. I have three wonderful, and messy, children (4.7.& 8) and wonderful, expensive, white carpet throughout my home. Thunderbolt does a wonderful job helping me keep both !!

Great Job!!! I had to work on the day they provided service, so left hubby there to monitor the progress; laid back and a lot less pickier than I. I was a little skeptical because every one I called wanted far more for cleaning carpets (7) rooms. We'll let me tell you, this company arrived on time and did an awesome job. Ladies, if you have a vanity you will know what I'm talking about; the accidental makeup spills and eyeliner shavings that make a mark in your carper, etc. ... Gone. You will not be disappointed with this company.

Incredible job, takes it very seriously and can really power through. I had 10 rooms to do along with stairs and hallway. It was done in less than 2 hours and the results are fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jeff was very nice and came back t clean some additional spots off chair. Th carpet did take more than 6 to 8 hours to dry, but that wasn't a problem.

Technician I had was very rude after I wouldn't agree to the upsale then tried to take all the money I gave him instead of providing with change. I was really disappointed and will not be using them again.

Jeff gave me a two hour window and then showed up an hour and a half later than that. Was happy to share with me that he'd been at lunch. The furniture that he cleaned had streaks all over it and didn't dry in the hour to two that he said they would.. Dried 8-10 hours later with a fan blowing on them. He completely ruined an area rug. Took it 48 hrs to dry and it was sitting on hardwood floors which he stated would be ok. Hardwood floors started to mildew. I definitely would not recommend.

Outstanding service!!! We thought our carpet was just ruined! I was an emergency call! Jeff was out here within the hour. He is a genuinely nice person and has excellent customer service! The carpet looked like new when he was finished! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!! It was $135 and worth every cent.
