Jeff was very easy to work with. He was professional, punctual, and thorough with the cleaning. I was very happy with his service.

Thunderbolt just left my home for the 4th cleaning in a little over a year. The reason I keep calling Jeff at Thunderbolt is that this company provides the very best service I have ever received from any carpet cleaner...ever. I have three wonderful, and messy, children (4.7.& 8) and wonderful, expensive, white carpet throughout my home. Thunderbolt does a wonderful job helping me keep both !!

Great Job!!! I had to work on the day they provided service, so left hubby there to monitor the progress; laid back and a lot less pickier than I. I was a little skeptical because every one I called wanted far more for cleaning carpets (7) rooms. We'll let me tell you, this company arrived on time and did an awesome job. Ladies, if you have a vanity you will know what I'm talking about; the accidental makeup spills and eyeliner shavings that make a mark in your carper, etc. ... Gone. You will not be disappointed with this company.

Incredible job, takes it very seriously and can really power through. I had 10 rooms to do along with stairs and hallway. It was done in less than 2 hours and the results are fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Technician I had was very rude after I wouldn't agree to the upsale then tried to take all the money I gave him instead of providing with change. I was really disappointed and will not be using them again.
