1) He was suppose to send someone out to change the location of the sensor. that never happened. here we are 8 months later and he has yet corrected the problem.
2) He is very, very slow in getting back to you. (Not reliable)
I sensor is a relativly easy fix, the point is...i paid for the service.
At this point I'm not going to ever call him again. i will eat the cost of the sensor reloction and do it myself.
it is unfortunate that Dev could not get it together. he appears to be a personal guy. I don't have time for the Bull___t!
"We did have an issue at the house above. We were just contacted to return to look over again. This job was done at least in June. I instructed the owner to give address and schedule to arrive. He did not. We were willing and happy to correct this week."
