The crews arrived on time and dismantled everything quickly and with no mess left behind. The new roof looks great and the quality is wonderful. He did bury the television cable under the ridge vent, but we just put in another one. I do wonder if enough ridge vents were installed, but so far, no problems.

They don't return phone calls. They try to ignore issues instead of handling them professionally. For over six months, the only people I ever spoke to at the company were the secretary and receptionist who took my messages. The managers made every attempt to avoid their responsibility. This is an incredibly poorly run company.
