Work was great. Texture of the repairs matched the texture of our house very well. Work was done on time and everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Bernadette was great with all the scheduling and appointments. Inspecctors always showed up on time and prepared. My only complaint was that the repair colors did not match the existing color of the stucco.

In the process of closing a home Bernadette and Gavin delivered report early in order to make due diligence. Not only that, they moved up the repair dates in order to make closing dates when things got sticky!!!!!

We called SIR and spoke to Bernadette at 8:15 Monday morning, a bit in a panic with the need for a time sensitive identification of our stucco. The sale of our home was dependent upon it being hard coat, and we needed proof of which type it was immediately. She was delightful and put my mind at ease, getting us scheduled for the same afternoon. Gavin arrived at 4pm and concluded that we did indeed have Hard Coat stucco, and showed us the multiple factors in determining that. We have already shared our experience with neighbors, recommending they call SIR, Inc. and get an inspection before listing their homes in the future.

SIR is OUTSTANDING and I would recommend them to anyone with a stucco home. They perform a detailed inspection and prevent all moisture intrusion with a stucco home.

They did a great job; they were thorough in their inspection, they not only fixed all the damaged wood, they pointed out the source of the water damage (clogged field drainage lines) and fixed that too (at no charge). They mainly due stucco, but in my case, they did an outstanding job with my stone veneers. This is a great company, Fred is very straight forward and easy to work with; I highly recommend
