I had to wait awhile to get help so I would rate them a B. Just the timeliness to get my questions answered was not that great. Outside of that everything was fine. Pricing was great, I got a good deal. The delivery was included in the deal, they made sure I had all the hook-ups. The guy was an hour late in the delivery, no phone call. I might do a little more research first to see if I might find a better experience out there before going back. 

I suggest going prepared with your own questions after doing research. The staff was great once I got to someone, they answered my questions and knew the products ect.

I highly recommend looking at them with appliances.

The installers were very very good, excellent.

The dishwasher leaked and damaged hardwood floors.  Three different techs came out admitting it was a problem with the dishwasher but I would have to wait 30-60 days to get my claim in addition to the month spent waiting for the techs to verify it was not my fault. It looks like I will be  months without a dishwasher as punishment for shopping at Sears  The customer service department was of no help.

Didn't use the provider.  Trying to get this review off my account but no way to delete it. Even had to give them an overall ranking just to get this off my account.  Could you provide a delete option in the future.  Thanks.

Washer was delivered with huge dent. I refused the product. Sears was unable to schedule another delivery for two weeks. Second delivery occurred on Saturday. Delivery team called at 645 am wKing me and my family up to deliver at 730. This time the driver stated that he did not receive instructions to install the items, but rather, just to leave items in boxes (as I had originally requested). Moreover, the driver stated that he received no instruction to haul away the old washer and dryer. In addition to this, the wrong dryer cord (3 prong instead of 4) was delivered. Installation was scheduled for the following day. Unfortunately, I could not request a time and delivery was confirmed from 515-715 pm, during a dinner party at my house. What a fiasco! The lack of customer service and inability to communicate with someone who can actually help take corrective action means I will likely never purchase from Sears again.

No complaints, excellent on the sales side, install went fine no complaints.
