Product was fair but customer service was horrible. The lady answering the phones was very rude and short. I later found out she was one of the owners which explains how things work around there. She proceeded to tell me, the customer, that I was being difficult as she raised her voice and talked over me. I was glad to find out she canceled my service. I have never been fired as a customer but didn't mind it on this one.
