I then found PNA Home Repair in a google ad and figured I would see if this company would come out. Paul (the owner) answered and we made an appointment for him to come the next day. He showed up on time in a brand new truck (I was expecting a pos truck). VERY professional. We discussed the job and he had excellent suggestions. He wrote out an estimate and we agreed on a very reasonable price (door, door parts, electrical parts, rock included) to:
- Tear out a wall that had electrical
- Remove and toss metal cabinets mounted on another wall
- Buy a solid wood door and locking door knob and deadbolt
- Put the door in the new opening and rock the remaining opening
- Reroute the electrical
- Tape, float, sand rock
- Install custom shelving
- Repair various other sheetrock issues in clinic
He said he would be back on Friday at 8:30. He was.
He brought a helper and they worked for 10 hours straight.
They put up a dust barrier, communicated with me effectively throughout the day and cleaned up when the job was done (wipe surfaces, mop floors, etc).
I could not be happier with his timeliness, professionalism, respectfulness and work ethic and I will be using him again in the near future for another (larger) project at another of our clinics.
