"In July, 2014, Pet Fixer Mobile Veterinary Svc. was called out to service a young lady who suffers from seizures. She finally obtained a puppy that would be trained to help her recognize when she would have an impending seizure. We were happy to provide Medical services for this puppy as well as help this young lady finally live a productive, normal life. As we were leaving this appointment, we backed our 26 foot hospital out of the driveway and inadvertently hit the neighbors mail box. After realizing this person was not home. We Promptly laid the mailbox on his porch and left a note with our contact information to pay for any damages. He contacted us, sent the invoice, and we paid it promptly. I am confused as to why a person who has never used our services would try to damage the reputation of a company who tirelessly reaches out to those in need for the past 17 years without a complaint! I guess after 3 months he has the right to voice his opinion about us taking responsibility and doing the right thing. We also have the right to respond, and advise reviewers of the truth. This person Never used our services and has no right to grade us on services he did not use. If I had to do it all over again I would be honored to help this client with her beloved new puppy as this puppy will give her the freedom she deserves to live a normal life. If we hit [member name removed] mailbox again we would do the right thing and pay him for our accident. "We at Pet-Fixer Mobile Veterinary Svc. pride ourselves in providing the most superior veterinary care to all pets curbside. On this visit, this pet received annual vaccines, a full blood panel, a thyroid evaluation and 2 medications for arthritis. We also gave this owner 2 vaccines that she could give to the pet in 3-4 weeks herself saving her the cost of another visit. We advised this owner as we always do, that some of these medications could be purchased at the local pharmacy at a lower cost and we would be glad to provide a perscription to help the pet her pocket book as well as her pet out. We do not apologize for providing superior services, we have not increased our fees in 10+ years and no matter where your pet would have recieved similar services the fees would have been comparable.
