Mike Penny (Owner) had already completed several carport-garage conversion in my town home Community so Mike had the process and the 'gotchas' ironed out. Mike provided a detailed cost estimate/project description and provided me with guidance on suggestions for lighting, outlets, other considerations, etc. based upon his overall experience in general and from doing the other carport-garage conversions. The job took about four weeks to totally complete once the work started. I will look to get bids from Mike for my upcoming interior remodeling projects based upon this project.

Pencor always showed up on time with materials in hand, ready to work. They were very professional and did a very good job. They were also very nice.
