I am late giving the review so I don't remember the cost but it was reasonable.
They showed up on  time and were very thorough, friendly and professional.  I would use them again.

Richard, the owner of the company, came out to do the work. He was on time, professional and very nice. He explained what he was going to do which involved a 3 step process. I watched him do it from inside my home and was shocked at how much lint came out. He also made sure the vent tubing was not made of vinyl, which would not have been up to code and an extreme fire hazard. Thankfully mine is metal which is what it is supposed to be. I also asked him to inspect my ducts and let me know if they needed to be cleaned. He did and said "honestly I can't take your money they don't need to be cleaned." I greatly appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend him. Not only did he do a great job, but I really appreciated his honesty.

I cannot say enough good things about Peach State Clean Air! When I first called, they went over the pricing with me very thoroughly and I found their offering was very competitive and reasonable. The individuals who came to do the work called me an hour ahead of time to notify me of some traffic and they were maybe 10 minutes late - for someone like me who really values a schedule, I really appreciated the phone call. We live in Atlanta, traffic happens and it was so considerate of them to phone us ahead. The overall service was great - there was no dust/debris and they even cleaned the vent covers so they look like new! They also gave us some great tips on how to improve the ventilation in our house. The one final thing that really sealed the deal in terms of their excellent service ... we noticed after our cleaning that our downstairs air wasn't shutting off. We thought perhaps it was a thermostat issue but after turning off the thermostat - the air was still blowing. We called promptly and the owner said he would come over the same evening to take a look. He came over and immediately saw the problem and fixed it so quickly. That was above and beyond in my book - perhaps I've just had some bad experience with home services but this is someone who truly cares that his customers have a great experience.

The Provider was on time and he did the work on time and he knew how to get the problem fix and I will use them again.

Rick performed the service. He was due at my condo at 9 AM, but called me at 8:55 AM to let me know he was stuck in traffic, which is not unusual at all in the Atlanta metro area. He was 5-10 minutes away. He showed up at 9:10 AM.  I really appreciated him calling to say he would be a few minutes late when so many companies just leave you hanging and you are at their mercy. The job started with Rick walking around the condo to see where all the vents were located and the HVAC system.  He told me what he was going to do and got to work.
He removed all of the vent covers (8 of them) and the blower cover. Then he proceeded to pull the HVAC motor out to clean it. I could not believe how much dust it had. It was filthy.  He took the vent covers outside along with the motor and cleaned them thoroughly and painted the vent covers white - they look so nice and spiffy now!  When he brought the motor back in later in the day, I couldn't believe how clean it was considering what it looked like when it went out.  In between cleaning and painting the vents and motor (while they dried) he got to the heart of the matter. He brought in the big guns - the cleaner of all cleaners - he attached all the hoses and began sucking out the dust and debris.  I was praying that there wasn't anything dead in any one of the vents - heck, you never know!  I watched as this was going down and was amazed at the noise of the stuff coming out as it moved through the hose.  When it was all done, Rick showed me the filter and I was shocked at how much he was able to extract.  To think my elderly mother and I were living among all this dirt/dust.  I've owned my condo for 10 years (it's 33 years old) and I have never had the vents cleaned out since I've owned it and I doubt it has ever been done at all, so I think Rick cleaned out 33 years of accumulated dust/dirt.  
Once all the vents were cleaned, he moved on to putting the vent covers back on and cleaning out the dust from the HVAC system. He also sprayed a nice smelling deodorizer in the system. He replaced the air filter with one I provided.  He took all of his equipment out and came back with a vacuum cleaner to clean up the particles that fell on the carpet while cleaning out the vents. Imagine my surprise to see him clean up. How many companies have I hired in the past for things around the house that I had to go behind and do the clean up.  Rick, this made a huge impression on me - more companies need to do this - your work ethic is second to none!  One last thing he took care of before leaving - the pilot light to my hot water heater was blown out during the cleaning of the HVAC system since they are located next to each other in the closet in my laundry room. Rick took care of re-lighting it. I am very, very pleased with the job and highly recommend Peach State Clean Air LLC if you need vent cleaning done and done well.  The price was extremely reasonable compared to other local companies I looked at and the job will be done professionally and completely.  I will definitely use this company again in the future. And Rick will be back next week to do a neighbor's condo. My neighbor ran into Rick in the parking lot and so another job was gotten out of the visit to my home.  Overall, great job!

They did a good job. They cut a hole in the wall and put a vent there. I think they overcharged me for that and that was my fault. I should have said no when they asked for 200 extra dollars. They did a good job with the duct work and they painted the vents which all needed to be done but which I didn't know they were going to do but that was fine.

Arthur and Robert arrived on time and very polite.  They worked hard for over 4 hours and the end results are very nice.  Air quality is noticeably improved and vents are nicely cleaned and painted.  They offered to clean the dryer vent for a very reasonable charge of $50 and that was a great thing to do once I saw how much build up was in that vent.
I cannot recommend than more highly to someone in the market for these services. A+++
