Peach State Clean Air LLC

Everything went well as far as communication by email & telephone until day prior to schedule service date. Was promised that they will call day before appointment. After no call going into the evening; called and left messages voice and email night prior to scheduled appointment for 9:00 a.m. On the morning of the appointment they returned the call and email stating no appointment was ever setup and they speak with many people and don't remember speaking with me. So, how does a person have a scheduled date and time with a company noted?! If you chose to do business with this company make sure everything is WRITTEN and NOT VERBALLY DONE! They never owned up and said they made an error not recoding the appointment for that I chose a different company and got the job done.

Took a bit to get scheduled . But they did a fantastic job ! Cleaned up after themselves and spent the whole day making sure everything was done properly .

These guys were INCREDIBLE. The initial inspection showed major issues with the vent work in the crawl space and they recommended a fix. In every instance, they went above and beyond -- the insulation work of all of the vents is exceptional and they fixed a lot of duct work that they didn't have to. We really appreciate all of the hard work and will have them clean our vents in the future.

Really seemed to know what they were doing. Got up on his ladder to inspect the outside area to be sure the path was clear. We had put a stronger cap on the outside vent as birds seemed to like to get into the vent. All went fine.

EVEN THOUTH, FOR MUCH MORE MONEY, THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING ALL THE DUCTS! I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!

The service with this company is excellent. The owner is very patient and professional, explaining many things along the way. Very knowledgeable about his work, and I felt confident with him working on my home. There was not one negative thing about this experience.

Peach State Clean Air LLC has got to be my most favorite Angie's List service to date. These guys were so professional. They were honest, arrived right on time, acted happy to be there doing their job & did a fantastic job. This company is absolutely 5 STAR top notch. I purchased the duct cleaning here on Angie's List. I don't think my home had ever had it's ducts cleaned in the 15 years it has existed, so they were filthy from the previous owners & remodeling. I remember scooping buckets of debris from the ducts when I first moved in this past summer. Prior to having Peach State Clean Air LLC come to my home to clean the ducts, I had my furnace serviced/cleaned by another company. This company initials ACH&A was the company who told me the additional things I needed done to my home which were the supply plenum around furnace & filter rack for the air filter. They offered me a "special deal" just for me "a female new home owner special" To be honest, that "special quote" seemed a little overpriced. I went to youtube and good ol Google to see what these things and parts would normally cost. The "special quote" ACH&A gave me was WAY OUT OF LINE! (EXTREMELY OVERPRICED). No wonder they said they would hold it special just for me. I don't even want to say what ACH&A quoted me, but lets just say after I found out what the costs of the labor & parts should be, I felt 100% that ACH&A tried to take serious advantage of the situation. I'm so HAPPY that I found Peach State Clean Air LLC here on Angie's List. I gave them a call after purchasing my air duct cleaning special. Their duct cleaning is just that a special, and a real one. They do a Fantastic & Thorough Job. They let you see the progress along the way. I got to speaking with them on the phone and asked if they could help me with the other repairs I needed done which were the supply plenum and installing the filter rack for the air filter. They told me they could. I was almost afraid to ask for a quote on it since my previous quote from ACH&A had been so high. Peach State Clean Air LLC came back with an honest quote taking the time to explain what they were going to do and how it was done. They came and did the job, and a fantastic job at that. Once they finished, I asked them what else they did because I wanted to hire them for other contract work, THEY ARE THAT GOOD...You can't go wrong with this company. Thanks so much for your honesty and knowledge of your business Peach State Clean Air LLC. I'm breathing better today than I was yesterday :)

Our new house was, well, disgusting when we first moved in. The previous owner had five dogs -- the house smelled like pee. The tubs were completely clogged because of dog hair. The HVAC system added to the stink and, when we took the filter off, it looked like a rug carpet. These guys came in - they arrived on time, they were professional and friendly. They explained everything they were doing. They cleaned out our system and it made the house smell sooooo much fresher. I just can't say enough positive things about them. From the minute we opened the door to let them in, to the moment they left, they were top-notch. And our system is clean, clean, clean. Thanks, guys. GREAT job!

They were on time, friendly and courteous, dog friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, informative and left my property clean. They were able to point out some other problems in my crawl space that I need to look into, and otherwise might not have known about. I would use their company again in a heartbeat.

They were punctual, professional, and did what they came to do. They did not try to up charge you on anything. Very honest and if I need it I would use them again.

Went perfect, washed the vents, cleaned the units, just perfect - I am not sure how else to put it.

He called early to inform us that he would be coming at the later part of the estimated arrival time window, which was a huge help. Did all of the expected work in a reasonable amount of time, and was excellent.

The whole-home vent cleaning performed by Peach State Clean air was money well spent. The team showed up right on time and were extremely courteous and professional. My dogs even loved them! The cleaning was very thorough and took over 3 hours. They showed me how much dirt, dust, and debris was collected and it was truly astounding. The whole house smells noticeably cleaner and fresher. I wish I'd done this a long time ago!

Received a telephone call in advance of their arrival. Individual was: very professional; went about his work with little or no involvement from my wife or myself; did not cause any damage even though some of the vent was vinyl; thoroughly cleaned up after himself.

They did a fantastic job. Their process is very through and not like one of those fly by night companies that stick a vacuum hose in the vent and say it's clean. My job was challenging because I live in a condo but they worked around those constraints. Also, they cleaned my dryer vent and even went to Home Depot to get me a new cover to the vent as some birds had tried to build a nest in mine. They cleaned up afterwards and the place smells fresh and clean but not like those awful deodorizers that some people spray. My son noticed as soon as he walked in how clean the place smelled. I would highly recommend them.

It was fabulous. They called me the evening that I bought that. I asked them if they could come Friday morning last week and they were able to. They came right when they said they would and they explained what they were going to do and found, and they were in and out of there in no time. It was awesome. They treated me quite professionally and when I asked that they would pick up the lint, they said they always do. They had their own garbage bag. When they were done, I asked questions and they answered them very well so that I could understand, and made recommendations for future cleaning. I will definitely keep them and use them for regularly scheduled cleaning.

Provider was on time and completed the job very quickly but thoroughly. One of the men was very good and took time to explain what he was doing. After they left, the whole house smelled fresh and clean and nothing was left behind for me to do. Everything was taken care of.
