We hired them for duct cleaning. After the work was done and they left our house, we realized that AC started to blow hot air instead of cold air. so we called them and technician came back within 1 hour or so. He apologized that he accidentally turned the switch off, so that the AC wasn't blowing cold air. As for duct cleaning, they did pretty well, but we wish they checked everything before they left.

They called before they came and arrived on time and inspected the furnace and he did let me know what was going on with my ducts and vents and then they proceeded to do the work and after they were finished they vacuumed the area that they were in. Very efficient.

A+ service by Richard! He made room for me in his very booked schedule and did an excellent job. Richard was very responsive and communicated with me properly on his expected arrival time he arrived promptly as promised. He was also quite willing to explain in great detail everything he was about to do and was so patient with my questions and concerns. I will ask for Richard's services in the future when it's time to have any dryer vent or duct cleaning work!

Very well done, timely arrival, did more than expected--didn't know they included repainting the vent covers! I've notice that my nasal congestion is much reduced, obviously the vents are much cleaner than before. Highly recommended, very pleasant experience.

Arrived on time. Did the job very well. Repainted all of the registers to make look new. The team, Richard and Arthur, was polite and expert on their work. They cleaned up well and overall did a great job.

Great - thorough review of our ducts, great cleaning,

Horrific. These people left me home in "fire hazard" state for over six weeks. The technician Richard was gruff and rude. They said they couldn't come and fix the fire hazard they created for six weeks. Today, at 9 am, they had an appointment with me. I watched the technician slip a card under my front door and leave, without knocking. I called him to see what was happening and he said he forgot to put gasoline in his air compressor and was on way back. Ten minutes later, the home office called me, He called the home office to tell them he was knocking in my door but I watched him make that call from his car without ever knocking on my door. I don't know what in the world is up with these people but I dont have the time for this and I don't appreciate my home being left as a fire hazard.

He made sure I knew when I would need to have this service done again, what type of filters to use and showed me exactly how to put them in correctly. I originally wanted three units cleaned and he told me that I didn't need one of them cleaned, which I definitely appreciated; a company that wasn't about taking you to the cleaners, but truly caring about the customer's needs. At the end, he walked around the house with me to discuss some knowledge about fan use, which was definitely appreciated. Richard and Arthur were friendly and helpful. When they painted the vent covers, Richard was so meticulous that when he saw one small area of the vent cover not painted, he took it down and fixed it. I didn't even see it. That's how meticulous he was. I must say that when they left, I felt more knowledgeable about the care and upkeep of my system. I would definitely recommend Peach State to anyone. Richard went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. So, if you want a company that cares about excellent service all the way around, then Peach State Clean Air is your company.

This review is long overdue, but I still remember what a great job they did. They were very professional. I was actually running late and they were very gracious. They explained everything they were doing, and even re-painted a old vent cover for me. Will use again.

It was okay. Originally, we had to schedule a month out and they had to cancel. They had to cancel the second time and they came out a week later. I liked the work they did. They were very nice and very professional but cancelling on me twice on weekends did not make me very happy. We had scheduling issues. They should not schedule on weekends if they can't make it.

The service provided arrived on time. He inspected my gas dryer to make sure it was hooked up correctly and then cleaned the vent. The entire appointment took about 40 minutes. My gas dryer is working like new again.
