They had built my pool earlier. They have stood by the pool. I had few issues with the pump and they were responsive in handling them. My problem was about how they handled everything about the pool when it was working. The pump was under warranty and so I did not have to pay anything. They were good. In that sense, I would recommend them. But if it came down to having them build your pool I would not recommend them because I had issues with the pre-construction, the way that the construction went and everything that I had to go through. I had to get lawyers to get stuff done. They stopped the work until I paid what I was supposed to. It was quite an ordeal to get it done. They knew that I had a good lawyer and I think that was the reason for them to have the work completed. But once everything was done, I emailed them that I had few issues and they responded properly. Their price was great. I would use their services for the warranty period. I would also give them a chance to fix something outside the warranty now that they have been doing quality work and maintaining it. My wife still has a hard time cutting another check for them. I have another service provider who came in every week to clean the pool and I would give an option to him to fix something that was not under warranty.

WE CONTRACTED PARADISE POOLS AND SPA TO INSTALL A POOL AND SPA OVER 3 MONTHS AGO, IN OUR OPINION WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT UNNECESSARY DELAYS AND ALSO IN OUR OPINION UNWARRANTED ATTEMPTS TO CHARGE US FOR ITEMS THAT WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR. TO THIS DATE WE STILL HAVE NOT HAD OUR POOL FINISHED AND HAD TO SEND THE CONTRACTOR A DEMAND LETTER REQUESTING THAT HE EITHER FINISH THE JOB OR BE HELD IN BREACH ON CONTRACT REQUIRING US TO HAVE OTHERS FINISH THE JOB AND SUE HIM FOR ANY OVERAGES THAT WE INCUR.
