They list different houses on their site. They have a program for rental and we actually have restarted their program. We have completed the program except for purchasing the house itself because we are waiting on that. We have in fact started using their program and so far, it has been great. I usually go online to check things and the outcome. There are a lot of people and I have seen a couple of negative feedback. It is probably ninety percent good comments and maybe ten percent or less negative comments. The listing is not really anything that I can judge because it gives listing of the houses. I do not want to give people my money and not know where it is gone. When I talked to the people and I talked to them in detail it sounded like a good program. They are with the BBMB. They have not signed up with them at first as they have some issue but they have reported that they took care of the issue. There are some kind of negative feedback from a few people. We have not gone to that part of actually settling with the house itself. The main thing we want to do is, before we got into it fully, verify to make sure and before we give any more money or deal with them because once we deal with a house it is for a long term. I want to make sure that there is no bad or real negative mark on them or anything that is the main thing I want to find out about them. Everything is okay. It is like a rent or own program, where we get into that program and we rent a house based on our income or based on our credit score, we get into a program and they show us houses, instead of just putting down payment, we rent for four or five years. I have had a lady one time who did property management for us. Well for this other lady, we know now, what she do is, when they have property that they are renting, when people have extra houses that they are renting, she would go and make sure the prices are paid on time. Moreover, everything is current and correct with the houses so that the people would not have to do that themselves or hire a person, which is what she do. Their professionalism over the phone has been fine.
