They came out and did not have a copy of their insurance certificate. I asked if one could be faxed from the office, but they declined. They inspected the situation from the ground and gave me an estimate. They basically guessed at what was wrong on the roof. The owner said he would give me an insurance certificate when I signed a contract! The estimate was four times what another company said for pretty much the same work. Needless to say, I declined.
Description of Work: I had a leak near my chimney. They proposed re-shingling the ''cricket'' and changing the flashing. No work was performed.

Great experience, fair price, responsive, punctual. Quality work. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Repaired flashing on one skylight, and installed new rubber boots on three vent-pipes. Used leak barriers and reshingled around vent-pipes.
