Roofing
They came out and did not have a copy of their insurance certificate. I asked if one could be faxed from the office, but they declined. They inspected the situation from the ground and gave me an estimate. They basically guessed at what was wrong on the roof. The owner said he would give me an insurance certificate when I signed a contract! The estimate was four times what another company said for pretty much the same work. Needless to say, I declined.
