"We're sorry to hear that. However, before every cleaning, we explain the homeowner the scope of work. Your wife were present during the cleaning and were shown the years of stain in the bathroom that could not come out as the tub were broken. She said you would get a plumber later on to fix it. Cleaners are not to empty cabinets and clean, and your wife was explained on the spot by the cleaning team. She wanted to discuss the price reduction with the cleaners and they explained to her it wasn't up to them to discuss the price. The sale rep tried calling you multiple times to address any concern but none of you ever picked up. Cleaners were done cleaning and were waiting for the ride to come and pick them up."
