It went really well, job well done.

This company first responded to a home warranty call and did well and solved the issue. So I decided to have them give me an estimate adding an air duct. One of the owners Anthony came out and we talk and but never was the issue of what type of dampers my system had. Moving to install day, there techs were on time and friendly and they went to work. So, first hole they drilled was the wrong hole and it's still there, so they had to drill a new one to install new air duct. After installation I expressed that the new duct was pushing out more air then the others and this is when I asked about the dampers so I could control the air flow. The techs seemed unsure so I called the owner. This is when he explained that they don't put in manual dampners and only automatic designs. So I expressed that he should have talked about this issue with older system and he said that he would look into a solution. Weeks went by and no call so I made several calls but no reply. So, I finally got a reply after I threatened to call the BBB and complain. So, we set an appointment and they want to charge me again for something that should have been added the first time. Problem with this company that they didn't seem to really care or had an urgency to fix the issue or they just don't have the experience they claim to. So today the tech came and he had a single 8" dampners, so I called the owner and told him that I was not happy that he was going to charge me another $120.00 bucks for something that should have been done over a month ago. Now he's trying to tell me that he told me about the manual dampners and that they don't normally install them, but I'm not crazy and it wasn't until after the install and our second conversation that he went into details. So, I told him let's complete the service but I would still be making a complaint. So, he calls his tech and tells him to leave and the tech leaves, so now I have to get someone else to fix there blunder. I would never recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors.

It went very well. We dealt with Jeremy, Noah, and Antoine. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. We are extremely happy with the work that they have done and have since signed up for their maintenance contract.

It couldn't have gone any better. They are fast and efficient and we had cool air once again with a more efficient and quieter unit. Both Jeremy and Antoin were very easy to talk with and we would hire them again if we ever needed anything. Their installer is very good.

Jeremy was very patient to hear the issue and was extremely thorough in his evaluation. He helped identify the faulty capacitor and replaced it. He was not overpriced and also made appropriate recommendations for Refrigerant. I am very happy with the service and will have him on my speed dial for any future trouble shooting.

Just Cooling and Heat is a class act. Diagnosing the issue with my furnace was no easy task, it had to do with the air coming into the system, long story. They came back repeatedly to try and sort it out. I can honestly say that they have INTEGRITY!! To me that is one of the most important attributes a company can have. Thanks guys!!

Great to work with! Our AC went down in July. Antoin, Brenda, Kenny and Noel were all very empathetic, patient, open with information, and professional. They were assigned to our case by our home warranty company -- other companies didn't return calls or didn't bother to followup. The process with the warranty co was a bit excruciating, but Just Cooling team were patient and very responsive to the companies requests and kept me in the loop. As soon we we got a thumbs up, they immediately scheduled us for next day install. We're back up and running -- thanks, team !

Antoine did a great job. He was on time, fixed it quickly, and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

The appointment I set up never got put in the books and when I called, they fit me in the day I had scheduled. The service technician didn't arrive when they said, and finally arrived in the evening. He didn't have the correct size filter and cut a larger one to fit. 

Antonion did a great job.  Very pleasant. Very professional.  Very quick.

The AC unit works great.

Process was fast and efficient. Home air temperature has improved.

I'd purchased $39 AC tune-up deal, as it hadn't been cooling well this year, hoping it only needed freon or such.  Antonio checked unit manufacture date: 1999.  He explained that its coolant is out of production but that recycled coolant could be found, also that average life of an AC unit is 12 years (mine 16 years old and low-end to begin with, he noted), hence unsurprising that it wasn't working well.  In fact, when I went to turn it on for Antonio to listen to (as it sounded like a freight train when running), it didn?t - he had to use a stick to rotate the blades before it would kick on.  Clear to me that I needed a new unit, tho Antonio said he'd do the tune-up and try to get the old one through another summer if that's what I wanted.  "I'll do whatever the customer wants," he said.  He'd mentioned a pre-season manufacturers' sale, lists of sale units in his truck, so I wanted to look at the lists: Trane and Amana.  In view of my previous unit sounding like a freight train going by (3 feet from my office chair on the other side of the wall), quietness is important, and Antonio said that Trane is a little less expensive, but Amana is quieter with a sound cap on top, besides which Amana units come with a new coil evaporator (apparently a large thing attached to the furnace); turns out mine was rusty and dilapidated-looking, which Antonio took a photo of when he went into the crawlspace.  My ideal Amana unit was sold out (3 ton, 13 SEER @$2800) - dithered between a Trane of equal size, $2600 but noisier, or perhaps Amana of lower tonnage, which Antonio said never to do, while he was looking things up on his tablet and kept lowering the price?fahnally said he'd do an Amana 3-1/2 ton 14 SEER for $2960, installation included.  "Egad, where do I sign?" 
While waiting for various availability confirmations from his office, Antonio told me a bit about his company: 3 guys who used to work for a huge HVAC company, where, over the course of time, hundreds of clients were asking for them by name, accepting no one else, so the 3 guys decided to cut out the middleman and open their own company: "Just Cooling," tho they also do heat.  (I'll definitely be calling them to check my furnace this fall.)  They have long and good relationships with manufacturers (hence "sale lists"), low overhead, and the personal ability to lower prices for a customer.  Antoine said they've actually received angry calls from competitors for undercutting market prices of AC units, but they do the best they can for their customers, as having an initial loyal client base is how their company got started.  
My installation was long and arduous, as my crawlspace is literally a "crawl" to get to the furnace and put in that coil evaporator, fahnally done ~7:30 p.m.  Also Antoin, the master installer, had to put in a new copper pipe, as the old one was too small.  Upon paying the second half, I asked about extra charge for that pipe (like gold, the way thieves steal copper pipes these days), but Antoin said no.  With these guys, you get More than you pay for.  
Happily, whereas old AC unit sounded like a freight train going by, new unit sounds like a window fan on "medium" (not even "high") - inaudible from inside - so Antonio was entirely correct about the quietness of Amana AC units.  I'm now another customer for life. 

I was assigned this business via a home warranty company.  I was very impressed with the service overall and felt I was lucky to be directed to them.  The problem thermostat was replaced by the warranty, but since I had not lived in this residence for long, I agreed to have the furnace serviced, which was not covered by the warranty and I paid for that portion of the service call.  The co-owner was pleasant and informative.  I will call this business for service again.

The technician was honest and professional. Said we didn't need a new unit. he said over time the wiring had become loose in places and wasnt making proper connections. He took his time checked every single thing. Tightened the wires on almost the whole thing and it works like a charm. To find someone who owner a company that is honest and professional is rare. He is a jewel and we will NEVER use anyone else again. To think of how many technicians that have replaced things on that unit and all along it has been a wiring issue. HIGHLY recommend Antonio Dorsey and Just Cooling!
