I have not had any problems since I have been using their service. I have a crawl space and everything seems to go in there out of the heat in the summer, so he comes every month to do a smaller basic spray to get rid of everything. He seems to be doing the job and he is always on time. Our relationship began when we hired him for a roof rat, so he does handle everything, which is very convenient. He does great at keeping every thing away and we are happy with him.
