High Line Trees

After calling several times, Guy Miller came to the house and gave me an estimate to complete the removal of several tree stumps. We agreed on the price and later that evening I texted him and asked that if he could save one of the shrubs that would be great but if not that was okay as well. He saved the shrub; however, there was several small stumps around the shrub. I did not know that but thinking that Mr. Miller was the expert, I thought he would have checked it out as I had asked. When I called him about it he said that it would be an additional $75 to do the work. We negotiated and he agreed to $50 in cash on Thursday. This was on Tuesday. He said he would call me the next day but never did even thought I left him several messages and a text. I did some research and found out that his prices were high. I called him and said the least he could have done was let me know he wasn't coming and that I would be writing a review on Angie's List. I can see where might have been some confusion with the shrub removal but the message he left on my voicemail led me to believe that he was not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. He said that I demanded that he do things and was very rude to him by not shaking his hand at the end of our meeting. I did not demand anything of him but was trying to understand what he was going to do for the $200 he was charging me. He left me a very caustic message & at the end he said he wanted me to write the nastiest review I could since he didn't want to have anything to do with Angie's list customers, since we are all rich and rude. When I went to do just that, he had been taken off of Angie's list due to the fact that he didn't honor the coupons that people printed off the website. Please do not use this company's services.

Arranged everything via phone and email.  Did the work while I was not home.  The only complaints I have is the mulch pile left over the roots was more than I expected, made it difficult to mow the area and the Angie's list coupon was not honored.  Otherwise, fast, efficient, kept to estimate, did exactly what was asked.

They did a fantastic job. They were very professional. They came out when they said they would. They cleaned up well. You could hardly tell there was a tree there when they were done.

Guy and his crew came out and did a great job of cutting and pruning all the trees that I needed done. They worked quickly and efficiently at performing all the services. He's very knowledgable about trees and gave some great advice about which one's needed to be cut down and one's that just needed pruning. I really feel I got a very fair price for the work I had done. I definitely would and have recommended this company to friends!

lGuy came out the same day that I called to do the estimate.  I had a large dead oak tree close to the house with branches over the roof.  I had two other estimates done on the same tree during the week.  I called to schedule and they were out doing the job two days later.  Guy and his crew were on time, professional and friendly.  They got the job done quickly and cleaned up when finished.  Very professional company, will hire again in the future for any other tree work.
