I was kept informed of the progress of the work. Not only did the work look great, but they also cleaned the entire exterior of the car, including putting Armor-all on all the tires. I later discovered that the outside rear-view mirror wasn't working properly and called Tim; he insisted I bring it in as soon as possible, and they fixed the problem within 30 minutes.
