Description of Work: My friend and I were returning from out of state and knew we needed a ride home from the Airport. We contacted Gwinnett Airport Shuttle and requested their service. The scheduling was very punctual and easy. They took my card over the phone and added gratuity for me so I didn't need to have cash on hand when traveling. I was very pleased with the service- the driver was waiting for us when we got off the plane. The only negative comment I have is that the seatbelts in two of the seats were not in working condition. (I'm absolutely a fanatic about safety and would not ride without a seatbelt) I had to switch my seat twice before finding a seatbelt that worked. Would I use them again? Possibly- But I would question the company about their seatbelts prior to using them again- and only if they could assure me I would not have the same issue in the future.
