Interior Painting
Several window sashes were damaged due to improper installation of the window latches. I had to repair these windows and install the latches myself. Completion of the wood trim work was substandard and the painting finished is not uniform . The window sashes were painted shut and no rework was done to resolve the problem. The touch up repair done to the drywall finish after the first coat of paint was unacceptable. There is about $2000 required to rework the drywall finish and repainting to bring this project to a professional standard.
