And then to replace all with new base boards, face boards, under felt, carpets and synthetic wood flooring.
Within a couple of weeks of installation the synthetic wood flooring began to warp.
The face boards had water marks at the carpet line. A pungent odor continued to exist from the original water damage.
FCR offered no guarantee or warranty for their work.
Claimed that the warped flooring was two weeks later due to 'normal wear' and new water damage (completely untrue).
Basically refused to fix their bad work.
Were rude aggressive and unprofessional when asked to fix their shoddy workmanship.
Arrived recently to look at the damage that they had left behind and continue to make excuses , excuses
Over $30k down the drain.
If you want to avoid drama, expense and lies, avoid this company like the plague!!!!!
