I went into the shop. Besides being run down and dingy looking, they had NO arrangements to be purchased. I stood and waited for service for a couple minutes before yelling into the back. They then came out and when I required about purchasing an arrangement quite frankly told me they didn't have time, and they weren't making any for the shop due to their cooler being broken. It was dusty so I take it that was not a recent thing. Very, very unimpressed with lack of professionalism and services offered on site. Won't go back or order by phone. If they can't keep their shop clean, nice and presentable, what does that say about their arrangements? I bought a vase they had on a shelf, went to Publix and bought flowers and put in the vase myself.

THE ARRANGEMENTS WERE BEAUTIFUL. FLOWERS WERE EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY, AND DELIVERED ON TIME.
