We previously used CertaPro in Michigan and were extremely pleased with the interior painting, so when we needed when we needed exterior painting done in Georgia we called the Local Company. They did a really good job. They had the project manager make return phone calls regularly, did what they were going to do and did it in a timely manner. I was really with the way I was treated and had a great experience. I work with contractors on a regular basis and they didn't end up charging me any extra for small things that needed to be done. They just did them.

I have to admit I am probably the homeowner from h***. Changing paint colors, and adding projects and taking some away, probably messed up scheduling. I paid a lot of money to have professional painters. Initially, I was pleased with the job in the foyer. It was such a major improvement in the way it looked. The problem came when they were painting the kitchen doors, windows and trim. They were to paint the dark trim with a white paint. I think there should have been some sanding done, then cleaned, and primed, it was a mess. The paint was thickly applied with lots of drips and debri left behind plus the hardware was painted. I complained and they attempted to sand but it was just too lumpy. The windows were locked.Instead of asking for the key, they just painted them shut. When they were finished Ihad to tell them to remove the paint from all the door handles. Certa Pro has a policy to make their customers happy. The Forman came back a couple of times to attempt to fix the messy workmanship. I was very uncomfortable having to repeatedly explain what I needed him to do. He was very nice and there may have been a language issue. Anyway, he did not get it.I told the certa pro people asking for a review, that I would rate them a 7 out of 10. It has been a little over a month since they were here and I'm finding more sloppy workmanship and drips with changing light. I get angrier every time a find a new one. I would rate them a 3 out of 10. I paid a lot of money for what I thought would be a professional job. I thank my lucky stars that I did not have them do the rest of the house.

It was excellent. I got what I paid for. I have also recommended them to others. They got the job done in about 3 days. The cleanup was excellent and the painters were very good.

I thought Joe did a great job coming out and doing the estimate. He was  by far the most professional out of all of the quotes I'd gotten. He took photos and gave a detailed estimate down to the penny of what it would cost right within 30 minutes of seeing the job. He printed it out in his van and came back in to go over it with me. The painters arrived on time and were very nice. They fixed nail pops and other sheet rock damage. They even painted a small hallway and a half of another hallway for free because they had extra paint! I was shocked; it was very kind of them to do that. It saved me having to do it myself as I had planned.
As far as the work, it was for the most part good, but I started noticing things that they had missed. They missed nail pops and some of the sheet rock work was still needing some sanding. However, they promptly came back out and fixed those things. Since then I have noticed particles of paint and/or particles form the rollers all over the walls. I am painting my living room and I sanded the walls beforehand to get rid of those kinds of things before painting, and after painting , I didn't have any of that. My walls are smooth.  I don't know if they sanded beforehand like they said they would or if it happened during the painting. Either way, I don't think I should have had that on a professional job. I would most likely hire them again, but I would make sure they were doing all the steps and tag every little detail that I would expect to be done. I'm particular that way!

Everything was completed on time and was done well.  They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Quite satisfied. It's important to me that the paint is straight and there are no drip spots left. The paint was nice and even, and there were no drips or spots. They left the area clean.

The estimate was reasonable and timely.  The crew arrived when they were supposed to.  It took a day longer  than estimated mostly because of the rain.  They even came back Saturday morning to finish up one small task that the weather prevented them from finishing.  Well pleased with the job.

The owner was courteous and the scheduler was very good.  The painting crew was also courteous.
At my own house, the crew removed part of a door frame because it was rotted and they took the rotted wood to match the paint, but they did not cover the open slot.  It rained that night.  No water enter inside the house but probably some entered between the brick wall and the frame. 
I noticed few air bubbles on the repainted front door, and I called CertaPro and they resent the crew to remove the air bubles.  I took 2 pictures of two large air bubbles and the crew removed them.  The crew did not bother to check other small air bubbles also on the door and so the small ones are still there.
At my rental property, the tenant told me that one window panel was cracked.  The tenant told me that he pointed out the cracked window panel to the painting crew and the painting crew denied that they caused the crack in the window.  I have to call the office and complained to the office.  They did send a person to replace the broken window panel.
Few small spots are missed when the deck was painted but I guess this probably happens in all painting jobs.

Worst paint job I've seen. There were bare spots, and thin spots in the paint holes not Spackled . I called and they sent someone out who agreed it was a horrible job. He worked on it all day job was better but he stilled missed a few spots and I still have drops of blue paint on carpet.

I was very satisfied with them.  They did the work quickly and neatly.  I had no issues with them.  They were very neat.  They cleaned up well after themselves.

They did a good job.  They had a free color consultation which we really liked, and everything looks great.

The CertaPro Crews were always on-time, courteous and professional. They worked long hours to complete a very large project on time, even with a day and a half of Rain. The worksite was cleaned every day, and they hauled away the trash from the demolition associated with the carpentry project.
We are EXTREMELY pleased with the job, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Very professional from estimate to scheduling to work performance.  The date did slide a few days due to weather on the job just ahead of me.  Price was very competitive and the estimate was extremely detailed.  The work crew was very good and did an excellent job.  Very pleased with the service and the outcome.  I would use them again and recommend this company without hesitation.
