I took the dishwasher back; the manager (perhaps the owner) was very rude and accused me of doing something wrong. Meanwhile, I had already taken the time to get someone to install and then remove the machine. He gave me a new machine but stated that there was no warranty on the new one--the original warranty was already used. SO--when the new one didn't work (after again having someone come to install it) I asked for another replacement. He stated tht I would have to either pay extra for an ''upgraded'' machine or pay to have mine fixed. I feel that he knew that the dishwashers did not work and had a scheme to make me pay him more. He was very discourteous and made no effort to fix the problem. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card. BEWARE-it's not worth the savings.
