Atlanta Classic Cars

My wife and me were searching for a mid-size luxury SUV and decided to give Atlanta Classic Cars a try. Initially contact via email with the Internet sales manager Bruce was good and pleasant. With a few emails back and forth, we had come to an agreement on the price. A series of drama happened from this point on. Before we headed down to the dealership for a test drive, we were told that Bruce would be busy assisting other customers the weekend so another person would help us with the test drive. Upon arrival, after waiting in the hall for more than 20 minutes, another sales person Alvin showed up and told us there were no more available cars for test drive. After we insisted on driving one, he finally pulled over a loaner car for us. After the test drive, my wife and me were very satisfied with the car but we did have a few other candidates in mind so we told Alvin we would decide the next day. I called and emailed Alvin the next day multiple time including leaving him two messages, he never called me back after our first conversation. In addition, the only time we spoke on the phone he was constantly giving me attitude such as not responding to my questions, interrupting my sentence with rude suggestions. In a nutshell, here are my suggestions to prospective customers: 1. If you don't mind to throw in a few more thousand dollars on a vehicle than you could get somewhere else, come to Atlanta Classic Cars. 2. If you can buy a car right off the bat after talking to the sales, come to Atlanta Classic Cars. 3. If you don't mind to be rudely treated and just want to be a loyal customer of Atlanta Classic Cars at all cost, come to here. We ended up with buying the same car at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. We were treated nicely and the whole buying process was simply and efficient.

They have always been very good. Their facility is the state of the art and while you wait for your car you can watch a movie in the waiting room or you can actually watch them work through a big glass window. The staff is very courteous and they keep a medical record of your car and their whole service is of top notch and I highly recommend them.

They are expensive but it is always done thoroughly. The car is always washed and vacuumed. They always know who I am when I walk through the door. The service is great. You pay for what you get. The quality is excellent. The price is a little steep but it is piece of mind. They are very responsive. They are top tier. I plan to continue using them. My service guy has been my service guy for 12 years.

I did not buy my Mercedes at Atlanta Classic Cars, but they seem to be the only dealership that does body work on them. Their estimate was one of the lowest and with the shortest repair time frame. Since it was a new car, I wanted to be sure the right paint color was used. They did a perfect job and were great to deal with. My car was very clean when I picked it up. They came in right at the estimate cost. No surprises, no hassles.
