Our existing billiard room was constructed poorly and leaked for 4 years. The contractor demolished the existing structure in a quick and efficient manner. They proceeded to rebuild the room, with deck above, using the proper structural materials (steel & concrete) along with waterproofing techniques required to make sure the room was structurally sound and did not leak. They were able to refinish the interior using brick & stone, stain grade trim and textured paint. This matched the existing room and surrounding rooms perfectly. Outside they fixed all of the landscaping and grade problems making sure that water moved away from the house, which was a problem with the prior design.
