They were great! Unfortunately the part was no longer being made, but they searched on line for it and finally found one but it was very expensive. We chose not to repair it and to just get a new one. They even offered advice on what brand to get.

Justin was at my house 30 minutes after calling him. He was incredibly reactive and prompt. I paid $95 for the visit, $38 for the new switch and $25 for the agitator parts. The total bill was a couple bucks less than what he told me would be the maximum charge. Everything is working as it should. I really didn't mind paying the fee for the visit seeing that the outcome couldn't have been better and things were handled so quickly. I don't think that I could have spent less and I could definitely could have had a much more drawn-out or unpleasant experience with someone else. Justin seemed to really know what he was doing with my repair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for something similar.

Justin came to my house on Saturday,he had pick-up the new thermostat for my stove based on the model number I gave him over the phone, the model number was correct but the thermostat did not fit. He got the correct thermostat and came Monday after I got home. Great service!
