I have been using A Polished Touch for almost 2 years, and I have not been disappointed! Emily (owner) is very attentive and customer satisfaction is top priority. She is always accommodating when I need to change my schedule at the last minute and she remembers the details about my home that are important, so I don't have to repeat them each time my home is cleaned. She works hard to keep the same crew, but sometimes substitutions have to be made. One time after a sub I felt like things weren't the way I was used to (although it was still good) she was more than willing to honor her policy to come back within 24hrs and make it right. It was such a minor detail I didn't need her to come back, but the fact that she offered without me asking showed she was committed to my happiness, and her brand and that's super important to me. The best part of all is that the price is VERY reasonable. I received quotes for multiple companies before deciding to use A Polished Touch and the services they offered were equal to the others and way cheaper.
