Everything went well until they delivered. Same day pu and delivery. Items were missing, many items were damage and or filty dirty with dirt and grime from trucks and movers hands. Tried to contact someone, no help, sent me to claims, that was a joke, spent hours supplying documentation and then basically no payment for losses. Tried to contact others with no response.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They showed up in a truck to small to move all my family's belongings because they did not walk the house prior to the move as requested by my wife. I had to use my own trailer to move the rest of my stuff which took two additional trips but was still charged over $2,000. It was the worst experience I have ever been through. I tried to reach out to their regional manager Sonya for a solid two weeks but she did not have the courtesy to call me back. They also damaged my Fridge, dinning room table as well as my expensive Bed and have not heard back on getting that claim reconciled.

They were amazing & at least half the price of other companies. They loaded an entire house(prepacked) and delivered to a storage unit in less than 5 hours. Would definitely use again!

Met in Warner Robins, loaded furniture from house. Drove to Covington and loaded furniture from storage facility. Drove to new house an placed furniture in house. Both team members were very careful with our household goods. They worked a long day and took extra care to ensure that all items were placed in the proper rooms at the new house. Both team members conducted themselves professionally and efficiently.
