CULLEN'S SUPPLY & ENGINE SVC

I have dealt with Cullen's Supply in Dublin, GA for many years and have always been pleased with everything.
In February of 2014 I purchased a new riding lawn mower from them, which came with a two-year warranty.  It worked great for a couple of times and then began to give problems to the point I could not get it cranked to use it.  This was the first of many trips to the shop for things like bad battery, bad ignition switch, bad spark plug, weak choke spring and other things.  Cullen's came, picked up the mower at my house each time and repaired the problem promptly.
As I used the mower, it began to cut in a crooked fashion, scalping the right side of the cutting path to the point of digging in the dirt but leaving the left half of the cutting path uncut.  It went back to the shop a total of three times, each time having no success.  Finally in September I asked to have the mower replaced under the warranty.  During what time was required to do this, Cullen's loaned me another mower to keep up my yard.
Andy Cullen replaced it as soon as possible with a new mower off his display floor, prepped it and brought it to my house and picked up the loaner (he already had the bad mower).  The new mower is working fine.
I highly recommend Cullen's for any purchase of lawn mowers, lawn tractors as well as any service.  They provide quick, efficient and professional service, reasonable pricing and they are not afraid to tackle problems associated with a "lemon".  They are a great place to do business.
