It did not work out too good. He does not do the contract thing. He just comes out whenever you call him. The last few times that we have used him, he did not get rid of the ants and the roaches. He sprays stuff but he said that he could not come out once a month but he could come every two to three months. He was okay but I would prefer if he would come out every month to spray. His price was also not a bad deal and he was very respectful.
