The work was more than satisfactory. Mr Swann took care of some huge bushes that were growing out of control in the front and cut the grass along with edging and blowing of grass cuttings and leaves. Also sprayed the yard for weeds. We have contracted with Mr Swann for a regular weekly service to maintain our yard & bushes. I can definitely say that the professionalism & work ethic that Mr Swann brings is most refreshing & welcome to a service industry that seems to be lacking. The first charge was for $100 to get the clean up done & after that we will pay $150 per month for weekly visits. My husband & I are extremely happy with the quality of work by West Georgia Landscapes

It was more than I expected. I feel like they went above and beyond. They made my property maintainable again and hauled off all debris and clippings. I am very satisfied and will be using them again.

There are two events related to this. This initial request was for a full cleanup. We were quoted $250, paid $250, and was happy with the work. Regarding the second event, before he did the cleanup we asked for a quote for regular maintenance. We were quoted $75 for every 2 weeks. We did not agree to for that package at that time since it was outside of our price range. About 3 weeks later, we received an invoice for $85. I replied to the email asking what this was for. The short version he held fast that we agreed to the $85 and did not seem interested in discussing it. I had decided to pay him the original $75 for this but before I had a chance to get back to him with this, he emailed me back saying this was a "freebee"(sic) and he only does business with "people of good character." People of good character do not quote one price, then charge another, and will discuss the issue if there is a conflict.

"This review is not accurate. I did mistakenly send a bill for $85. I also told him it was free when he disputed the fact that we agreed upon regular maintenance. I have even done extra work out of the goodness of my heart. I am not concerned by this review. I went the extra mile and did not charge the man. I believe a verbal agreement is no different than a contract. From now on I will utilize written contracts for this reason. I would not ever do business with this man again. This bad review does not change how I feel about it. If a person can not afford regular lawn maintenance, their money would be better spent fixing their own lawn mower instead of letting their grass get 6 feet tall and then paying that much to have it bush-hogged. Anyone who works in 90 degree plus heat would feel the same way about not getting paid after an agreement. I let it go by telling him it was free and not to contact me again."

So far everything's gone great. The mowing is thorough and timely. They're also able to do several other projects I've been meaning to do for some time, and all at very good prices. It's nice to finally find a reliable lawn care company.

He showed up on the day he told me. He does a very detailed job on my lawn. He always blows off my porch and never gets any I'm the garage. I am very happy with my lawn care company.

I gave them a call and they came out at my convenience and I told them what I wanted. We discussed different types of shrubs and evergreens that do well in my area as well as what my expectations are. They promptly began the work. The quality and size of the trees and shrubs they used was more than satisfactory. I have always got the nicest yard around. Thanks to West GA landscaping.

When he first showed up to do my lawn 2 years ago, all fat and sweaty I thought, this man is going to have a heart attack in this heat. But he rocked it out with more energy than I have. 2 years later and I wouldn't have anyone else touch my lawn. Great guy, great service.
